I love to hear how important family photos are to people, so it was awesome to get a call from this family (Mom) who tells me that what she wants for her 50th Birthday is a photo session with her family! Perfect! Of course I know that having your picture taken is not everyone’s favorite thing to do, but they all wanted Mom to have her gift! We had a very nice session close to home – a nearby park and brick street. Rain was coming but we were able to get the session in before it hit. I have photographed this family a few times now, and it is always such a pleasure to work with them. Thank you B family for a lovely session and Happy 50th Birthday Melissa!

Meet the C Family who I photographed in early fall! They are a growing family with a new additon, as the littlest one was only 2 months old! Such beautiful little girls. The oldest was a so darn cute in front of the camera – lots of smiles, twirls and laughter! She loved posing and is clearly the apple of Dad’s eye! Thank you C Family for a wonderful session with you all!
It was time for our annual fall family session with this wonderful family! It is always such a pleasure for me to see families regularly, as I really get to develop relationships with them, with the kids, and just have a fun time together. This family does all that! These 2 kids are so fun, full of energy, laughs and giggles. And yes, they keep me on the move during our sessions! We had a nice fall day to start but rain did move in – luckily we only had a few sprinkles as we were finishing up. Another thing I love about this family is that they always include their extremely well behaved dogs!! They were even a part of both of the kids newborn sessions. It was a little bittersweet this year though, as they lost Harry earlier in the year. So instead of the trio, we just had Oliver and Bert. It is amazing to me how they will pose and focus on the camera!
